The location of our accommodations

Are you looking for a home for your vacation in one of the most beautiful resorts in the world? Then don’t hesitate to contact us! OrtaFlats offers apartments in a prestigious and perfectly central location!
All our apartments are located in one building located in the “living room” square of Orta San Giulio and are directly overlooking the island and the central square, offering all our guests a breathtaking view. You can rent from a minimum of two nights and can make last-minute reservations. On request we have cribs for younger children; animals are welcome in our facilities; all apartments are served by wifi internet; satellite TV and all necessary comforts are also available to our guests. Each apartment has a private garage.
The facility provides its guests with a garage for each apartment. A security deposit of 100 euros is required. The deposit will be returned upon departure after verification inspection.

In our apartments, we treat all tourists as guests, not customers: we aim to create a relationship of mutual respect and support for all needs. We want to make you feel pampered and create a long-lasting bond. An experience in a warm and familiar atmosphere to be experienced at least once in a lifetime!

The quality of the apartments

The apartments are all over 50 square meters and are complete with every comfort. Above all, they are very comfortable and the layout of the furniture makes the apartment very smooth and airy. In addition, the kitchen will allow greater autonomy for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. As a result, you will have more freedom during your vacation, not having to adhere to the usual restrictive lunch and dinner times.
